For generations, Fidelity Bank & Trust has served the tri-state communities. In 1910, Fidelity Bank & Trust opened for business in Luxemburg, Iowa. Originally known as the Luxemburg Savings Bank, the name was changed to Fidelity Bank & Trust in 1964, when the charter was moved to Dyersville. On October 9, 1980, Fidelity Company, the holding company of Fidelity Bank & Trust, was purchased by Jim Kennedy, Sr. At that time, the bank had two locations and $25 million in assets.
