Select locations are now offering Personalized Automated Teller (PAT) services where you can speak live with one of our Customer Service Representatives, weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Outside of live hours, these machines operate as a full-service ATM 24/7. 

Our PAT Customer Service Representatives, located in Sigourney, offer the same quality personal assistance as you would get in our branches.  The secure platform provides you with easy, convenient access to our bankers and the following services:
