TRAVELING WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD
It’s important to let us know if you’re planning to travel with your debit card so your transactions are not mistaken for fraudulent activity. Here’s what we suggest to avoid any inconvenience on your trip:

IF YOUR DEBIT CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN
Report a lost or stolen card IMMEDIATELY to avoid any unnecessary losses. During business hours, contact your local branch or our toll free number, 800.403.8333. After business hours, contact Lost & Stolen Card Center at 888-297-3416 (24/7) International, collect number (206) 389-5200.
You may also use the Card Management feature within our Online and Mobile Banking. Simply locate the 'Card Management' section on your dashboard. You can report your debit card as lost or stolen which will permanently deactivate your debit card and begin the process to reissue you a new one. If you are not ready to permanently deactivate your debit card, you can toggle the green radio button between active and locked instead. A locked debit card will temporarily suspend any transactions until you activate the card once again.
