Fidelity’s Scholarship Program is a great opportunity for local students.

Each spring, Fidelity Bank & Trust awards scholarships to local high school seniors. As Your Hometown Bank, we recognize the importance of developing the next generation to meet challenges and explore new opportunities.

“In today’s world, scholarships and student loans will help our youth realize their education goals,” said Jan Schwers, Assistant Vice President of Marketing. “At Fidelity, we’re proud to support these efforts with our annual Scholarship Program, but also with year-long financial literacy efforts in and around the hometowns we serve,” added Schwers.

This year, twenty-nine $500 scholarships will be awarded to area high school seniors who plan to attend a two-year college, four-year college or vocational school. The Scholarship Application Form should be completed and returned to any Fidelity Bank & Trust location by March 31, 2022. Applicants and their parents are not required to be Fidelity Bank & Trust customers, but shall reside in Iowa, Illinois or Wisconsin.

Scholarships will be awarded based on scholastic standing, extra-curricular activities, community involvement, financial need and a short essay on why they should be considered for the scholarship. Learn more about the Scholarship Program requirements and details on our website.
