Regular lobby hours, and Saturday drive up services, will be suspended at all branches until further notice, due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Please call the branch to make an appointment for loans, new account and safe deposit box access.

We realize there is a lot of concern right now about the Coronavirus, and you may have questions about Fidelity Bank & Trust’s efforts. Please be assured the safety of our customers and staff is always our top priority.

We are currently monitoring the Department of Public Health and the Center for Disease Control for updates on the status of Coronavirus.
 
Fidelity Bank & Trust is also taking a number of precautionary measures at all branches to address the Coronavirus concerns and help ensure the health, safety and well-being of all of our customers and employees. We are reminding staff to:

  • Encourage increased hand washing and sanitation efforts
  • Provide hand-sanitizers within public view and use, for customers and employees
  • Frequently sanitize publicly used surfaces such as countertops, door handles, ATM screens and keypads, and other items throughout our branches
  • Stay home if they have a fever, cough or shortness of breath
