This holiday season is our opportunity to thank you for your continued commitment to YOUR community and YOUR Hometown Bank. In an effort to remain committed to, not only our customers but our employees, Fidelity Bank & Trust is adjusting branch hours to be consistent across all 30 communities we serve. This adjustment will take place January 3, 2023 and will allow us to provide comprehensive service Monday through Friday at all branch locations during operating hours.
“The industry has certainly seen a shift in customers doing their banking online or with other electronic products and services versus in person,” said Dan Zitelman, President of Fidelity Bank & Trust. “While this fact was considered in our decision to move to consistent branch hours, we also strongly considered our employees’ wellbeing – giving them more consistent internal support and more time to spend with their families over the weekend,” added Zitelman.
Beginning on January 3, 2023, all branches will open their lobbies and drive up (where applicable) at 8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Closing time will differ between 3:00, 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. depending on branch needs. A comprehensive list of new branch hours is as follows:
LOBBY HOURS: M-F, 8-4 DRIVE UP HOURS: M-F, 8-5
Branches with these hours will be: Anamosa, Cascade, Dubuque - Cedar Cross, Dyersville Main, Dyersville Mall, East Dubuque, Guttenberg, Maquoketa, Monticello, Oelwein, Postville, Tipton, Waverly - South
LOBBY & DRIVE UP HOURS: M-F, 8-4
Branches with these hours will be: Bancroft, Bellevue, Calmar, Charles City, Clarence, Dubuque - Asbury Rd., Epworth, New Hampton, Ossian, Peosta, West Branch
LOBBY & DRIVE UP HOURS: M-F, 8-3
Branches with these hours will be: Dike, Janesville, Luxemburg, Platteville, Prairie du Chien (lobby only), Worthington

Use our ATM Locator to find the nearest no-fee ATM, or you can request cash back when making a purchase with your debit card at many retailers, including but not limited to grocery stores, gas stations and pharmacies.
NIGHT DROP
Many branches have a Night Drop located in the drive up where you can drop your deposit after hours. The Night Drop is a secured vault, but please use a sealed envelope, along with your name, date and account number for reference.
