  1. ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE OF ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING
    We know our customers all bank a little different.  That’s why Fidelity’s online banking platform and mobile banking app allow you to customize your dashboard and account list so you can see what’s important to you first.  In addition, you can give each account a nickname, and you can add tags or notes to transactions to make them easily searchable.  If you have more than one username, such as a personal and business profile, you can switch profiles seamlessly instead of re-logging in.  These features, plus common features like alerts, transfers and simply viewing transactions, boast a user-friendly interface where you can chat with our team of experts during specified hours.  Login online or download our mobile app:
     
     
  2. UTILIZE THE CARD MANAGEMENT FEATURE TO LOCK OR ACTIVATE YOUR DEBIT CARD
    The ability to temporarily lock your debit card with Fidelity Bank & Trust’s online and mobile banking is a convenient option and could save you money if your card is lost or stolen.  It’s as simple as locating the 'Card Management’ section on your dashboard in online or mobile banking.  You can toggle the green radio button between active and locked for any FBT debit card you are authorized as a user.  A locked debit card will temporarily suspend any transactions using the debit card number associated.  You may also report your debit card as lost or stolen under 'Card Management' which will permanently deactivate your debit card and begin the process to reissue you a new one.
     
  3. SAVE TIME WITH MOBILE DEPOSIT & BILL PAY
    Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay are convenient features to use.  With Mobile Deposit, you can deposit checks in a snap…literally.  Take a photo of your check and submit it via our mobile app rather than making a trip to the bank.  Using Bill Pay allows you to pay all your bills online, eliminating the need to write a check and mail payments.  Plus, you’ll have all your payment history in one platform making it easy to monitor your finances and stay organized.  You can set up one-time payments, recurring payments, or even schedule payments in advance.  To get started, select the ‘Bill Pay’ tab in online banking.  Once set up, you can access Bill Pay in both online and mobile banking.
     
  4. SECURE YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH DIGITAL WALLET
    Add your new debit card to your mobile phone’s digital wallet for a convenient, yet secure way to pay.  Simply open the Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay app on your phone and follow the prompts to securely load your debit card.  When using your card from your digital wallet, each transaction is authorized with a one-time unique security code.  This makes it nearly impossible for fraudsters to steal card information to make unauthorized purchases.
     
  5. GO PAPERLESS WITH E-STATEMENTS
    Enrolling for e-statements is not only eco-friendly, but also more convenient.  It reduces clutter, saves paper and gives you instant access to important financial documents.  This will help you stay informed about your account activity and spot any discrepancies early.
