The safety of our customers and staff is always our top priority.  As we continue to monitor the current COVID-19 pandemic and follow guidelines established by local, state and federal health officials, we have created a plan to reopen Fidelity Bank & Trust branch lobbies on Monday, June 8th.
 

In March, we suspended lobby hours and continued to service our customers through drive-up and appointment only.  We have implemented new procedures to reopen our lobbies and resume regular business hours on Monday, June 8th. Please know, the use of our drive-up service is encouraged when customers want to limit public interaction, along with other non-contact banking services such as online banking, mobile banking, night drop, ATMs and more.
 

As Your Hometown Bank, we will implement the following safety precautions as we reopen our lobbies. 

MASKS ARE THE NEW NORMAL

We understand, respect, and encourage the use of masks as we transition back to in-person visits; however, we are committed to YOU, which means we still need to maintain a high level of safety and security.  Customers wearing masks will be asked to pull down their masks to verify identity. Once identity is confirmed, you may continue wearing your mask for the remainder of your visit.  The use of a mask is strongly recommended for our bankers and customers, especially where a protective guard is unavailable. 

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS

Clean hands are the best way to prevent the spread of infection.  Hand sanitizing stations will be available at entry of all branches and in high-traffic areas.  Please utilize before and after transactions.

PROTECTIVE GUARDS

All branches have protective guards installed at the teller line to help with social distancing measures.  When meeting face-to-face with a banker where a protective guard is not available, we strongly recommend the banker AND customer wear a mask.  Masks will be available at each branch.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please maintain a 6-foot distance between you and others at all times.  Our bankers are also practicing social distancing, so there may be less teller windows open than you are accustomed to, or you may be asked to wait elsewhere when traffic is at a higher level.

STAY HOME

…if you are showing any COVID-19 related symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you DO NOT utilize our on-site banking services.  Remember, you can securely manage your money anytime, anywhere with e-Services from Fidelity Bank & Trust such as Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit and more!
