CASCADE, IA (October 2025) – Jeremy Olberding, Market President, Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Ben McCarthy has returned to Fidelity Bank & Trust as Vice President - Ag/Commercial Loans in Cascade.

“I’m thrilled to return to Fidelity Bank & Trust and once again have the opportunity to provide trusted services to our customers.” said McCarthy.

McCarthy returns to Fidelity Bank & Trust, bringing with him extensive experience in business leadership, community engagement, and strong personal ties within the Cascade community. Additionally, he has over eight years of prior banking expertise to contribute.

“It’s great to have Ben return to the Fidelity Bank & Trust team! His dedication and banking experience will be a tremendous benefit to our customers and community,” stated Olberding.

McCarthy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition to his role at the bank, McCarthy is a member of the St. Mathias Parish and serves on the Aquin Gala Committee.
