Fidelity Bank & Trust Welcomes Collin Thines to Bellevue Area

BELLEVUE, IA (November 2025) – Glenn Hay, Regional President, Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Collin Thines, Ag/Commercial Loan Associate, has joined the Bellevue office.

“I’m excited to bring my ag expertise and knowledge closer to home and collaborate with area farmers,” said Thines. “I look forward to helping Bellevue grow and prosper!” he added.

Thines has worked in Ag/Commercial Loans for 3 years out of the Cascade office, where he has worked with various area farmers and businesses in obtaining funds for their operations. With this move closer to home, he will not only be able to be near his farmland in Preston, but will also be able to serve the Bellevue community effectively as a trusted partner.

Thines earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Studies from Iowa State University.  In addition to his role at the bank, Thines runs a row crop and cattle operation in Preston with his family.
