An annual fundraiser for Hillcrest Family Services

DUBUQUE, IA (November 2025) – Fidelity Bank & Trust is proud to serve as the presenting sponsor for Reflections in the Park, Hillcrest Family Services’ cherished annual holiday fundraiser that brightens both Louis Murphy Park and lives throughout the region.

Each holiday season, Hillcrest Family Services brings the community together for Reflections in the Park, a spectacular drive-through light display at Louis Murphy Park in Dubuque. Featuring more than 100 illuminated scenes and animations, the event transforms the park into a winter wonderland thanks to months of planning, an army of volunteers, and the support of community partners and sponsors like Fidelity Bank & Trust. The display operates nightly from Thanksgiving evening through early January (5:00–10:00 p.m.), offering visitors a safe, inclusive, joy-filled way to celebrate the season from the comfort of their vehicles.

More than a cherished tradition, Reflections in the Park is Hillcrest Family Services’ signature annual fundraiser. Proceeds from admissions — and the generosity of donors and sponsors — directly sustain Hillcrest’s life-changing programs. These include counseling, psychiatric services, residential care, and community-based outreach that support children, adults, and families across the region. Fidelity Bank & Trust’s sponsorship underscores its commitment to making hometown lives better by ensuring vital mental and brain-health resources remain accessible in the communities it serves.

Fidelity Bank & Trust encourages community members to experience the magic of Reflections in the Park and join in supporting Hillcrest’s mission during this season of giving.  Tickets can be purchased for $12 per vehicle at the gate entrance of Louis Murphy Park, or discounted tickets are available for $10 per vehicle at Fidelity Bank & Trust in Cascade, Dubuque, East Dubuque, Epworth, Peosta and Platteville.
