Fidelity Bank & Trust Welcomes Kathy Seyfert to Bellevue Area

BELLEVUE, IA (December 2025) – Glenn Hay, Regional President, Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Kathy Seyfert, Vice President of Retail Loans, has joined the Bellevue office .

“I am excited to now be serving both the Bellevue and Maquoketa communities,” said Seyfert. “My passion is helping people achieve their dream of owning a home. With that, I look forward to building new relationships and making the loan process easy and stress-free for people in the area.” she added.

Seyfert has been in the banking industry for 40 years and has worked 23 of those years out of Fidelity’s Maquoketa office, assisting customers as they navigated the loan application process. With her new addition to the Bellevue office, she will continue to manage mortgage loans for both the Bellevue and Maquoketa locations.

Seyfert earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Loras College and has completed the Iowa School of Banking as well as the Iowa School of Consumer Lending. In addition to her role at the bank, Seyfert is an active member of the Maquoketa Area Chamber and the Maquoketa Kiwanis Club.
