DYERSVILLE, IA (October 2025) – Todd Steffen, Market President, Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Matt Goerdt has returned to Fidelity Bank & Trust as Senior Vice President - Ag/Commercial Loans in Dyersville.

Goerdt returns to Fidelity Bank & Trust with over 28 years of lending, banking, and customer service experience. “We are thrilled to welcome Matt back to the Fidelity Bank & Trust team! He not only brings experience and knowledge of community banking but also a strong commitment to building relationships with our customers.” said Steffen.

Goerdt earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Loras College and completed the Iowa School of Banking. In addition to his role at the bank, Goerdt has a strong community presence through his involvement with various organizations including Treasurer of Dyersville Lions Club, Treasurer of Beckman Booster Club, Dyersville Chamber Board Member and St. Francis Xavier Finance Board Member.
