DUBUQUE, IA (February 2024) – Bryan Vander Lee, President of Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Myrna Boyle as Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity Bank & Trust.
Boyle started at Fidelity in 2006 as a Chief Audit Officer in Dubuque, IA. Since then, she has served as the Chief Accounting Officer where she’s managed day-to-day accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
In Boyle’s new role as CFO, she will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This includes accounting, financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and financial strategy.

Boyle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and completed her MBA from the University of Iowa. She also has a CPA designation. With Myrna’s extensive financial background and exemplary performance in her past roles at Fidelity, she is excited to take on this new position as CFO.
