Steve Baumhover & Kathy McAllister Join the Board of Directors

DUBUQUE, IA (March 2026) – Jim Kennedy, Jr., Chairman of the Board, Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Steve Baumhover and Kathy McAllister have been added to the bank’s Board of Directors.  The twelve-person Board of Directors encompasses Fidelity Bank & Trust’s top officers and select stakeholders to support the execution of strategic goals and bank policies.

Steve Baumhover served as a Regional President for Fidelity Bank & Trust retiring in 2022.  He has over 35 years of experience in the industry, beginning his career with Fidelity in 2009.  Most recently, Steve was responsible for business development and strategic growth in the bank’s Dubuque area markets.

Kathy McAllister is Chief Retail & Marketing Officer at Fidelity Bank & Trust.  She joined Fidelity in 1997 and currently works with both the Retail and Marketing departments to align the bank’s policies, procedures and branding efforts.
