DUBUQUE, IA (February 2024) – Bryan Vander Lee, President of Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Sharlene Kline has joined the staff as President of Trust & Investment Services for the Hometown Wealth Management team.

Kline is a graduate of the Graduate Cannon Financial Institute, completing Trust School I, II, and III. With great accomplishments in her previous role at First Community Trust, Sharlene brings 39 years of experience in Trust, Retirement and Investment Management Services to Fidelity’s Hometown Wealth Management team.
