Fidelity Bank & Trust’s Senior Scholarship Program

$14,000 in Scholarships Available for Local High School Seniors.

Publish Date: January 18, 2024

At Fidelity Bank & Trust, we take pride in being "Your Hometown Bank.” We firmly understand the importance of education and creating a strong foundation for our next generation of leaders. This spring, like every spring, we're shining a spotlight on local high school seniors ready to embark on their next adventure with our annual scholarship program!

Scholarships are essential in today's world to help young people reach their educational goals,” said Darla Kilburg, Regional Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Fidelity Bank & Trust. “Fidelity is proud to contribute to these efforts with our annual Senior Scholarship Program,” added Darla.

Darla says, "this year we will be giving out $14,000 for our Scholarship Program.” This will allow twenty-eight $500 scholarships to be awarded to area high school seniors who plan to attend a two-year college, four-year college or vocational school.

“Every year, we look forward to giving out these scholarship awards”, says Darla. “Seeing these students utilize them to pursue education and reach their goals is truly rewarding.”

Seniors who are interested in applying for this scholarship can fill out the Scholarship Application Form online or download a printable form to complete and return to any Fidelity Bank & Trust location by March 31, 2024. Applicants and their parents are not required to be Fidelity Bank & Trust customers, but must reside in Iowa, Illinois or Wisconsin.

Scholarships will be awarded based on scholastic standing, extra-curricular activities, community involvement, financial need and a short essay on why they should be considered for the scholarship.  Learn more about the Scholarship Program requirements and details on our website.
