DUBUQUE, IA (February 2024) – Bryan Vander Lee, President of Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Chip Murray has joined the staff as Senior Advisor of Trust & Investment Services for the Hometown Wealth Management team.

Murray is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking and the ABA Trust & Investment School. He has a BA in Political Science & Speech Communication from Loras College and an MA in Organizational Communication & Leadership from the University of Dubuque. With great accomplishments in his previous role as President & CEO at First Community Trust, Chip brings 40 years of experience in Trust, Retirement and Investment Management Services to Fidelity’s Hometown Wealth Management team. He is currently a Secretary and Board Member of the Dubuque County Historical Society and the National Mississippi River & Aquarium and has served on various non-profit boards and organizations over the years.
