Daniel Flynn Joins Fidelity Bank & Trust Wealth Management

DUBUQUE, IA (November 2025) – Fidelity Bank & Trust Wealth Management, recently announced Daniel Flynn has joined their staff as Vice President of Trust & Investment Services.

“I am excited to be a part of the team here at Fidelity,” said Flynn. “I look forward to working with individuals and families to help them achieve their financial goals.”

Flynn holds a master’s degree from Brandeis University and a law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law. With great accomplishments in his previous roles in the Legal Department at HTLF and the Trust Department at MidWestOne Bank, Daniel brings over 10 years of experience in trust, banking and legal services to the Fidelity Bank & Trust Wealth Management team. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dubuque Arts Council and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Dubuque and the Dubuque Bar Association.

In his role, he oversees a diverse portfolio of investment and trust accounts while ensuring all legal and fiduciary obligations are met with care and precision. He also serves as a reliable relationship manager for clients and provides expert guidance on wealth management-related issues.
