DUBUQUE, IA (February 2024) – Bryan Vander Lee, President of Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Paul Kronlage has joined the staff as President of Trust & Investment Services for the Hometown Wealth Management team.

Kronlage is a graduate of Cannon Trust School, has a BA in Finance/Economics from the University of Northern Iowa, and an MBA from the University of Iowa. With great accomplishments in his previous role at First Community Trust, Paul brings 32 years of experience in Trust, Retirement and Investment Management Services to Fidelity’s Hometown Wealth Management team. He currently sits as Chair of the Finance Committee at Stonehill Communities, serves on the Board of Directors for the Stonehill Benevolent Foundation, and is a member of the Epworth Capital Planning Committee
